RAIEA supports pastors in the Philippines through it's "Adopt a Pastor" program. The porgram consists of soliciting support from people in the United States to help support Bible preaching pastors in the Philippines. We try to obtain a minimum of $15 US dollars for each pastor, which is then forwarded in full to help support the work of the most needy pastors.

RAIEA supports the various library programs in the Philippines such as the Mickey Bonner Memorial Library in Bacolod City. This program consists of collecting Christian book and tapes which are then shipped to the Philippines where libraries are currently being established by the Mickey Bonner Evangelistic Association and Agape Ministries of Houston, Texas. The libraries are established to assist Pastors and Christian Lay workers in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

RAIEA supports the building of homes/churches for pastors in the Philippines. For $500.00 a church building/home can be built using cinder blocks for walls and tin for the roof.

Mickey Bonner Evangelistic Association

"My association with Mickey Bonner began in 1974 when I met him at a Pastors Conference in the small community of Lazbuddie, Texas. From that time and until his death in 1997, Mickey Bonner, became my father in the Lord, my teacher, counselor and close friend. It was the greatest humbleness that I am glad to be associated with Mickey Bonner II and the Mickey Bonner Evangelistic Association in spreading the message that Mickey preached on Prayer and Brokenness."

First Baptist Church, Caldwell, Kansas
